The author is great at explaining the how and why of being a better shooter. His thoughts and ideas are used by most if not all of the best shooters in the world. It's an easy read and made a good impression on my mind and approach to getting in the 10 ring.

Some of the thoughts and approaches described don't apply, but those that do are certainly worth consideration. A good shooting-specific look at the mental process.

This book is an excellent resource to breakdown and understand your mental game for shooting. You will have a lot of "ah ha" moments and "oh, that seems simple" thoughts. I highly recommend this book to shooters.

Enjoyed the book and he has great insight. Some chapters were like he was writing about me. He walks you through the thought process and how to stay on track in a down to earth method. Some things I knew already but the reinforcement was much needed.

Certainly not light reading, but very good if you are looking for ways to improve the mental aspect of shoot.
