The Creedmoor Sports 90 Day Return Policy
We expect that you will be happy with your purchase and enjoy the use. If something is wrong, just pick up the phone or email us and let us know. We accept returns on unused, unmodified products in their original packaging with all included parts, instructions, manuals, and accessories that have been purchased directly from Creedmoor Sports. Returns must be submitted within 90 days of purchase. Please see the non-returnable items below for the exceptions. Orders returned may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned after 90 days or not returned in new resellable condition.
The following items may not be returned due to safety and legal/regulatory reasons:
- DVD’s and books
- Ammunition (centerfire and rimfire)
- Components including bullets and cases that have been opened
- Scopes that have been mounted
- Triggers that have been opened
- Special ordered products
- Custom made to order products
- Air rifles and air pistols
Firearms that have been purchased cannot be returned to Creedmoor Sports. For warranty claims, all firearms must be returned to the manufacturer.
Returned merchandise is processed each Friday. Once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued, customers can typically expect to see their funds appear on the account of the card used to make the original transaction between 24 and 72 hours after the refund has been initiated.
Returns must be made within 90 days of receipt of order and must be freight paid. All shipping charges both ways must be paid by the customer for any exchanged or returned merchandise shipped correctly.
