Benchrest shooters have asked and we have listened! Benchrest shooting has grown rapidly over the last few years and a Benchrest Shooting Mat has been requested. Our newest shooting mat is 27.5"x 21.5" (basically the top third of the full roll up shooting mat, item N1000). It's made of 1000 denier Cordura nylon with textured non-slip pads for elbow placement. The .25" interior padding provides ample protection to the shooter's elbows as well. Two 5" Velcro closures aid in storing the mat in a folded 23"x22"configuration.

-available in five camo colors - desert digital, Army digital, MARPAT (in photo), Air Force tiger and all solid Cordura Nylon Colors

At the bench or on hard ground I use the pad either one of two ways. If I am using a bipod I put it under the bipod feet. This prevents the bipod from moving a round and more importantly the pad deadens any tendency for the gun bounce or skitter during ignition or recoil. It is also helpful for cushioning my elbows. I have been using this product for more than 2 years and I'm buying another one for my wife.

Very nice bench mat just the right size keeps all my bags in place with the nonslip surface. Plus those old wooden or concrete benches can beat your arms all up after a day of shooting. Glad I bought one instead of using a towel will get a full size mat from Creedmore when I need one.
