or

give a width x length dimension, as well as a measurement from the front and side of where you want the hole to start

- E7 to M17

- 8" wide x 10" long starting 6 inches from the front and 10 inches from the left side.

The two examples above will produce the same hole. If you give coordinates, the coordinates you put in will be cut out. The hole will include the coordinates - squares E7 and M17 will be cut out of the mat.
