The 6mm GT was built for PRS and NRL competition, and Lapua brass was built to win it. Based on the proven 6.5x47 Lapua parent case, Lapua’s 6 GT cases deliver the precise cartridge geometry, uniform wall thickness, and consistent neck tension that serious precision rifle shooters demand. The result is tighter velocity spreads, better accuracy, and brass that keeps performing reload after reload.

The 6mm GT itself is a purpose-built short-action cartridge that feeds reliably from magazine-fed bolt guns, runs the latest high-BC 6mm bullets, and does it all with low recoil for faster target acquisition and easier spotting. Lapua’s version gives the cartridge the quality foundation it deserves.

Like all Lapua brass, the 6mm GT is made with strict concentricity and wall-thickness tolerances. The base is hard and strong, holding primers tight even after many firings, while the neck and shoulder are annealed to withstand repeated sizing.
