Redding Precision Expanding Mandrels are designed to give reloaders exact control over case neck tension by precisely sizing the inside diameter of the neck. Machined from hardened tool steel and ground to tight tolerances, each mandrel delivers a smooth, consistent pass through the case neck while maintaining concentricity.

Offered in multiple sizes for .223 caliber applications, these mandrels are available in .0005" increments below nominal bullet diameter, allowing you to fine tune neck tension to match your brass, bullet selection, and loading preferences. Each mandrel is clearly marked for easy identification and repeatable setup.
